Looks like a major problem. It could possibly be the battery disconnect in the trunk area under the carpet. It may have become disconnected, though I would think it would not even start(ready). Do you have anyone around that services Toyotas?

Not the 12volt battery but rather the HV battery which is in the same are just forward of the small 12-volt battery. There is an orange plug that needs to be seated properly (with a click sound). Again, I don't think this is your problem as I don't think the car would be drivable. You really need to have someone that knows about Toyota Prius looks at it.
that came on in my car once after the dealer took apart the dashboard to put in a iPod interface. when they put the center console panels back in the tech forgot to plug in one of the wires. that set it off. it was a easy fix to pull the panel back up and plug it back in. the warning went away when i started the car.
