I just got a V with the ATP here in Oregon. 2 K off the sticker. I love the car.

Got my IV with Solar, floor mats, cargo, rear applique, and alarm today, $27900 + tax/license in Los Angeles.

Prices from Truecar really helped get me a base; dealer really wanted to negotiate for a car on the lot (was going to go for III with solar because it was more reasonable, but he offered me a great price on the IV with solar.)

So excited, really happy- thanks to lurking these forums I knew what to ask for and what to look for in every level of the options. Thank you all!

Bought 4 (II) at Manhattan Beach Toyota

    ZERO out of pocket/drive off
    DMV fees paid by Toyota
    First month paid

    $199 for 35 months, 12k a year.

Bought 3 (II) at Frontier Toyota

    Zero out of pocket/drive off
    DMV and First Month Paid

    $209 for 35 months, 12k a year

Bought 1 (II) at Hammer Toyota

    $1100 out of pocket

    $188 for 35 months, 12k a year

If you are in So Cal and need a daily commuter to offset your gas guzzler, the deals should still be there on the big Labor Weekend sale. Check the papers on Friday and you should be able to get your color. Check Manhattan Beach first, Frontier second, and Crown Toyota. I would avoid Hammer Toyota,,my friend got taken on that deal.

Prius II in Blizzard Pearl with 5-piece floor mats: $21,111 (minus my trade-in), plus 6% tax (after trade-in), plus tag transfer fee (less than $30).

I wasn't charged for the mats or the $200 fee for the premium color.

    Hey Guys,

I'm about to lease a car for the first time in my life. I'm a recent college grad and the car I had previous was a hand me down from my parents, so I have zero experience with leasing a car or even talking to a dealership.

I'm really interested in the the white prius II. I know Toyota is offering a $199 + $1999 down special, but is this really the lowest dealers are willing to let them go for? What's the lowest lease price you have heard of? Also any tips on negotiating the price down?

Much thanks, I really look forward to joining the Prius owners club!

It's in there somewhere. They don't break the price up by options. The vehicle price on your contract includes EVERYTHING the car came with.

Yes, I'm sure I paid for the mats in the overall price, but I could have had the same car in dark gray (whatever the color name is right now I can't recall) for the same price.

(I also got several internet quotes, and at least one other dealer specified the same price for all Prius II colors on their lot).

That only means that the dealer discounted the BP w/mats down to the same price as the other car.

I'm sure there are hidden costs in every deal even though I very carefully read the window sticker. I was still very happy with this deal (especially since three days earlier the same car would have cost me $1200 more at a different dealership).

I had a similar experience purchasing mine, on-line price quote was specifically for a Blizzard White III w/Nav, but it didn't matter what color I chose, the price stayed the same. Dealership honored it, so I'm happy!

I also saw no price difference at the dealer I bought from on white vs. other colors. I figured they are just making an extra 200 bucks on the other colors. I got white though :) If I wasn't getting white I would have pushed it.

Oh oops, it is for the Type 3 with Solar. I actually got it last night, i think i'm pretty happy, cash price would have been 25,800. $2k drive off, $259 a month, $236 without tax.

I bought a Prius II in May for my wife. Loved it soo much, I traded in my SUV for a Prius V last week. I love the navigation compared to the one in my SUV. I love the savings in gas as well as a lower car monthly car payment.

0 money at signing -- $382/mo 12K miles 36 months lease. Cash price would have been $29,435.00. Sandy Beach with Bisque leather interior (off the showroom floor).

Got my Prius V three weeks ago. The V came with ATP, Blizzard Pearl, rear bumper applique, carpet floor mats and cargo mat, cargo net, illuminated door sill.

    $0 down, $30,500 + tax & fee.

That's really good for ATP - I offered 31,250 for the same options and they wouldn't budge - 32,500 was lowest they were gonna go. They also had the only ATP in Michigan, so I didn't have much leverage =(

$1500 drive away + $250/month tax incl. for a blizzard white prius iii with nav. in Mich. Is this a good lease? First time I've ever leased a car.

I didn't lease, so I'm not sure about the rate you got, but awesome choice on the package, option and color!
