BTW, there are many Aptera forum users also migrating to the MyNissanLeaf.com website as well, from the looks of things, FYI.

Thanks, I love the January version, page 6 bullet, third column bottom:

"Drive a Prius, but EV is the best solution for today"

amen. If we could have all bought EV1's from GM, I think we would have...
Decisions where made by governements & companies that where not in the best interests of the american people, or the environment. Maybe we can turn it around, maybe it's not too late.

NOTE: Check page 25 January version, shows "Corridor Launch Strategy" Late 2010 - 2011, may show some insight into the rollout... some places have black pushpins on the map, some have red. I wonder what that denotes.

Page 17 of the October version explains the red, black and blue pushpins. Now if we only knew what "MOU" stood for.

    ok, thanks.

I have a special extract for daniel, shows the Washington/Seattle area, looks like Spokane is a bit east of this, 281 miles by road, according to google maps.

But Daniel isn't demanding recharging infrastructure in Spokane, just that Leaf be sold. Note, the graphic above just gives an example of how to make nearby areas of a metro drivable by EV.

BTW, I don't live in Seattle city either. Infact there is no Nissan dealer in Seattle city ! The dealers are all in the suburbs.

The second last slide shows the public charging stations requiring payment or at least show some sort of system requiring payment.

I thought charging stations are free? Is that wrong?

I just didn't realize how far Spokane was from Seatle, I didn't need that picture to figure that out, just thought it was interesting

it does look like they plan to add all 50 states by the end of 2011, and they are counting on the "early adopters" to get it done. Once they are in the state, even 300 miles away, I would guess they will have leafs availble, it just might not be December 2010, might be a month or 2 later. They do have an aggresive rollout plan...

I don't think so. They are planning to track the data, and it's not clear if the ev project particpants will pay or not.

Eventually we will all pay for charging, perhaps by credit card, or maybe you will get a montly bill/ debit, the ev project is all about figuring that out
