This was just reported on UPI...

General Motors today launched an new, ultra high mileage
vehicle. With an EPA rating of greater than 100 miles per
gallon, the vehicle has two motors and accommodates
two passengers. The vehicle works well in urban stop-
and-go traffic, and has a range of more than 50 miles
    on EV mode.

At a list price of only $17,990, the new vehicle is expected
to favorably compete with leading hybrid car models
Toyota Prius and Honda Insight. "None of the other
leading hybrids can match our mileage!" proclaimed
CEO Lance Smith. "This is an exciting new era for GM."

Due to the nature of the aerodynamics, storage capacity
is somewhat limited, but according to Lance, "You can
double storage with the purchase of the optional panniers."

The new model has been tentatively given the name,
"Meius." Below is an image of the first prototype:

You see, that's the best part! Miles per Gallon of Water! Some water may have 10% ethanol in it

On other news fronts, 1 year after the staggering popularity of the new GM 100 MPG vehicle, government statistics show a decrease in the obesity rate of Americans, especially with the subpopulation operating this vehicle.

Actually, the EPA reported that it gets greater than
100 mpg. However, their mileage meter only goes
    to 99.9.

    This just in...

Not to outdone, Ford Motor has announced a
family version of this new technology. "Yes,
GM has beaten us to market, but ours can
hold more," said the Ford spokeman.

Did you notice it has 10 speed? The guy in the back has the lowest gear. He has to pedal so much faster than the guy in the front.

I smelled that, just as soon as I saw GM & high mpg in the same sentence.
