Well, I guess I'm in the minority: Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max Prius III w/nav, Blizzard Pearl, Evan's Toyota, Fort Wayne, IN, though I live in VA. Purchased 12/23/09. I miss the Hydroedges from my '04 already.
Prius II, received 12-23-2009, Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max 15" tires, 520 Treadwear, Traction:A, Temperature:B
I'm gonna assume Laguna is in CA unless you tell me otherwise =). Thanks guys, list has been updated!
I'm in the UK and my Prius T-Spirit was delivered with Michelin Pilot Primacy 215/45 R17 87W They are useless in winter conditions so in November I put on some 15" wheels fitted with Continental Winter Contact TS830 195/65 R15 91T. They are superb in the snow.
It appears that your country has 3 different types of tyres mounted lol. Btw, your profile should read: Model: N/A (since it's only applicable to the US) Package: T-Spirit
2010 Prius III 15" Bridgestone Ecopia EP20BW Got a nail near the sidewall, so tire must be replaced. Dealer wants $120 + 10 (installation) +11 (tax). That's one expensive nail. Houston, TX
Yup. If it's a sidewall hit, the tire has to be replaced. Happened to me on the 2005. Btw, I'm confused. You say you have a 2010 III (no package) yet your profile says 2009 model V (which doesn't exist) and nav pack? (which also doesn't exist in 09)
Well don't feel bad, I guess I'm one of the minority too! Same tires. Either few of the Prius' have these on them, or those that do are too timid to admit it on the forum. All these EXOTIC names in tires makes one a little reluctant to admit we just have ol' GoodYears! This see: Toyo, Yokahama, Michelin, Bridgestone, -- I guess that last one, Bridgestone is a "comon" brand, this see - use to be Firestone?? Anyway I think I saw somewhere in the forum, (obscure), that these GoodYears are pretty good for winter traction. I'll probably never know as my new Prius is a "fair weather" car until the new is off, which for me may be several years! Oh, mine is a IV, mfg'rd in Oct. '09.
