hi i accidentally bought the blue blinglights fog lights and have someone installed them. They look ok, but not as good as the retrofit. The lights are bright though, I am attaching the fotos just for your reference.
Thanks! Do you have a full frontal shot (instead of just close ups)? They look ok, yeah. The blue ring is a little ricey. Do they illuminated for a while after you turn off the foglights or something?
the bulbs look like they are pointing outwards. Are you sure the beam is projected straight ahead and not to the sides?
Do you think these Blinglights would work with the proper foglight inserts everyone has been buying to go with the Yaris foglight refit kit?
You could probably modify them to fit but it would take a lot. The Yaris lights off of eBay are cheaper though.
Go with the Yaris kit. It, along with the Prius covers, will provide a perfect fit. The blinglights are problematic. Not only that, they are more expensive. Jim
guys, my suggestion is to go with the yaris. Like I said, the only reason i like these lights is their bluish look that sort of matches the 2010 prius logo at the front. The lights are really really bright though not sure if i will get stopped by a cop.
Are these the ones you mean on ebay: OEM 2006 2007 2008 TOYOTA YARIS S SEDAN CLEAR FOG LIGHT:eBay Motors (item 160358107913 end time Dec-22-09 23:52:27 PST)
Sorry, I found some links about the Yaris lights but I can't post the links since the site prohibited me from doing this. By the way, for those who live in the bay area, the store that did my fog light did a pretty good job. They only charged me $150 for more than 4 hours of work. Their phone # is (408) 227-5818 .
Could someone confirm what year Yaris foglights I need to get for my 2010 Prius? Thanks for the help.

Thanks a lot. Is that all I'll need or will I need some mounting brackets, too? I just want to get everything I need and bring it to a local shop for installation. Thanks again.
That's not bad for 4 hours of work. I wonder if there is a place in southern New England that will do the install.
