    A dealer here in Denver is selling Pruis II fo $1400 below invoice, however his invoice is $22, 600 so after the discount and D&H it comes out to $21,650 for a 2010 Prius II. Is that a good deal?

    $1400 below invoice or $1400 below MSRP? $22,400 is MSRP according to the Toyota website ($750 fee for delivery, processing and handling) making MSRP $23,150.

    I read that and did a "huh?" too.

    A II with no post production options is $23150 at MSRP.
    Add $220 for pearl white paint, and $200 for the mats.

    I doubt those #'s are accurate (his 21,600) or came from a dealership.
