I also need to install the same spring. However, when I view the 2 ?screws? , I cannot see how to remove them. They do not look like allen screws, phillips screws or torx screws. I hope they are not the plastic push-pins. Should I push on the center of the fastner to see what happens? How did you remove yours? Thanks
I was certainly not trying to stop or discourage discussions, just saying I enjoyed the links subforum within FHOP more when it only contained links messages and not commentary. I read here every day and enjoy the opposing views much more than ones I agree with. Just as I do the cartoons and memes.

I am intrigued by your comment that Gen5 Prius is hardly selling. Can you please explain how you concluded that.
Thanks for doing this, ii is a big help! I would love to have the download link, and "buy me a coffee" link. [email protected]
Traded my 2012 Prius Plug for a 2023 Chevy Bolt EV. Saw a 2024 Prius Prime Premium on a dealer lot yesterday and bought it. I'm back...
You did all the hard work, thanks for taking one for the team. Please send me the link for getting the technical manuals for a 2024 Prime. And where to find your buy me a coffee thing. Thank you! [email protected]
I'd like to have access to the manuals pertinent to a 2023 Prime. My email address is [email protected]
I would also like a copy of the repair manuals for the '24 Prius. Thanks for your effort and supporting the Prius family! My email address is [email protected]. How do I send you a tip via BuyMeACoffee?
I would like to get a copy of the GB file for PP '24 maintenance TSB's and all things. Randy Peterson [email protected] Thansks
Hello, I also have a 2010. She has 235,000 on her. I am hoping for another 100K. I can't help but wonder what a newer Prius might be like in the way of features, handling, reliability and reduction in road noise. If you were to consider a new Prius, what would you choose when viewed through the lens of quality of build, lack of factory issues, etc.? I was thinking somewhere around the 2019?
The base 2019 Prius still has a spare, that’s the only one I’d consider. 4th Gen had coolant leaks in the exhaust heat exchanger, which if neglected to the point of coolant starvation can cause engine failure. That “may” have been fixed by 2019, not sure.
